Services

Melissa provides a safe, supportive space for individuals, couples, engaged couples, marrieds, divorced, widowers/widows, families, adults, and teens (ages 13-17). She has trained in several areas, and this list includes some of these, but it is not limited to these: anxiety, stress, depression, loss, trauma, grief, anger, relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions,
​and other areas.

Grief Counseling

Melissa has a deep compassion to comfort those who have experienced loss. From her personal experience, she was previously married and widowed. She understands what it means to heal significant loss and commit to a devoted love again. Her personal experience with loss, including being widowed and finding love again, enhances her empathetic approach, providing a safe space for clients to heal and grow.
Melissa is pursuing Advanced Grief Counseling Certification.

Trauma Counseling

Melissa is a Certified Level 1 Practitioner of Transformational Schema Therapy, which treats emotional wounds and trauma.  Additionally, she is receiving EMDR training and is training towards Trauma Treatment Certification: Safe Trauma Processing and Resolution with CPT, PE, EMDR, and IFS. Personality Disorders Certification 

Anxiety & Depression Counseling

Melissa provides a safe place for those who feel stuck, feel overwhelmed, down, struggle with difficult relationships, dealing with communication conflicts, and other anxiety and depressions issues.

Individual Counseling

Melissa has a heart of compassion and a variety of trainings to work with individuals. She provides a safe, supportive space for individuals.

Premarital Counseling

Melissa facilitates engaged couples’ growth through Prepare/Enrich certification and a variety of additional trainings. 

Marriage Counseling

Melissa facilitates couple's growth through Prepare/Enrich certification and a variety of additional trainings.
